Balance

It’s about finding balance and doing things in Moderation. For example, I had an addiction to sugar, and still fight it, but now instead of what I used to do about a quart of ice cream a day(Daaaamn). I may have just a pint now(I still love Ice cream. And if they got Cookie Dough sign me up!)

People

Maybe it’s just the people you decide to spend your time with. Yes they’re probably good people, but are they supporting you when you say, “Hey I think I may want to do _____ instead of being a ________. What do you think?”

Choose your friends wisely.

Find out what’s stopping you. There are so many reasons why you’re not truly going after your dreams. Maybe you need to just start with taking out one bad habit from your life and replacing it with a good one.

If you’re not all in though and you want to be, you have to ask yourself a question before you do…
